Crossing the arctic circle is very important event for transpolar travelers. But after the road accident in summer 2023 the route -21 "Kola" lost its remarkable place. That stella was destroyed by decision of local authorities. The other closest place is Terskiy district. Moving along the White Sea coast we crossed the arctic circle once again.
