Really enjoyed the latest podcast from "The Rest Is Politics: Leading" which interviewed Caroline Lucas. She has always been a hero of mine. I've also felt that Green policy is often overlooked on this podcast so was most welcome.
Caroline leaving front line politics is a real loss for the UK.

So here I am again at the cafe mum loved and having a coffee(Featured Image.)
Health
It certainly helps my physical and mental health getting myself out even if I am just solo all the time. The driving here was once more fun as the main road here was still closed. I ventured off a different way and made it in the end. Not much to see or do but a different location is always good. Just chilling somewhere else other than at home is good. I will probably go for another coffee and something to eat before I leave. Not much to buy that I need, gone are the days of me randomly buying junk from charity shops and other shops. I had a little walk down by the river too. I used to love buying a new notebook and pen when I came here but now I know where I got it from, my mum had loads so I no longer need to buy any. Its still hard doing the solo thing when I have got used to been with either my mum, the person I used to live with or my children.
What To Do Later
So I can use this time to plan what I want to be doing later on. I already have one song I wish to record despite having finished what I wanted to record. One last one for now. I have some housework to do and the big question is if I go for my usual walk too or not. I may skip the usual walk as I have done it so many times this last week. I am going to have to start making lots of new content for my blog too as I have had a big break from poetry and fantasy stuff. Going to try a different way home too if I can get down the correct roads. Ive just eaten and having the rest of my coffee and really this is so strange doing stuff alone. I do have a invite to a mental health meeting for men at my normal cafe later on if I want to go to it as they understand how hard it is to lose a parent. They have been so good with me but I cant see me going because its a group thing and with autism I dont find group activities very easy. Anyway thanks for reading, time I headed back home.

I decided to go for a trip out to Gainsborough but it was a pain getting there as the main road was closed so I had to use the sat nav for the first time. I dont normally bother with a sat nav because it kind of spoils the fun but I was really not wanting to get completely lost when I am alone. Mum loved coming here.
What Did I Do
I parked up at Tescos and I had brought some of my mums things to give to the charity shops. I first went to this bric a brac type shop to see if they wanted anything but they didnt take things in so I ended up giving a childrens hospice charity the things. However at the bric a brac shop I met an angel and a dragon:
Of course I didnt buy them as I had just spotted a potential girlfriend! I had to fend off the other guys from her but she looked a bit tired.
I had a little walk along the river after she rejected me and I was already falling in love with her as well lol
I then went to the Upper Crust Cafe for a drink. I would come here with my mum, she loved the place. I said my byes and went for a walk round marshalls yard and bought some car shampoo and a knife set before headed to Tescos for something to eat and drink. After that it was back to the car and time to head back home via the sat nav and diversion signs.
A Bit Later On
After I cleaned my guitar and restringed I decide to go for my usual walk and then the sun came out. Today has been a very good day. Ive been talking to people more than the normal kind of day, Ive gone out, done housework and had just had a good day. I also found my guitar stand in the garage. I am sat here on the bench where my mums ashes are buried and about to start walking back to the car. Then Ill get back to my guitar playing. Anyway thanks for reading.
