Just spent two days in Bavaria. I visited Legoland for a second time with my kid (it was great again!), and on our way back, we took a break at aquapark Atlantis in Herzogenaurach. In Czechia, Germany (especially Bavaria) is often considered to be expensive, but 92 per night in a lovely guesthouse (breakfast included) for an adult + kid, as well as 29 for 2 hours in the aquapark (2 adults + 2 kids), is actually very much the same (or lower) you would pay in Czechia.
